BANGOR - There wasn't a level of panic for Maine women's basketball after their exhibition loss to Stonehill, more like a sense of urgency.

After the Black Bears 70-68 overtime win over Bryant, that sense of urgency has now turned into a sense of confidence.

Blanca Millan continued to stay hot as she paced the Bobcats with 26 points and 11 rebounds.

With the win the Black Bears move to 2-1 on the season.

Meanwhile, the Maine men got crushed by Texas Tech 83-44.

They fall to 0-2 on the young season.
