BJ's Coming to Bangor

A vacant big box store in Bangor wont remain empty for long.
The old Home Depot store by the Bangor Mall has been sold to a developer that plans to open a BJ's Wholesale Club. It's similar to Sam's Club where customers buy a membership in order to shop there. The developer plans to begin renovations next month. A portion of the building will be used for the wholesale club and the owners are still looking for a business to take over the rest. According to the Bangor Daily, the building sold for more than $3.5 million dollars this month.
