Government shutdown deal has been reached

 
There's word out of Washington that Congress has reached a deal on how to end the government shutdown. The deal would fund the government until January 15 and lift the debt limit through February 7, 2014. It's unclear which body will be first to vote on the measure.

Governor, Union Reach Agreement on Layoffs
