Camden - A heavy equipment operator is OK after his front-end loader rolled down a steep riverbank in Camden.

DPW worker Tracy Harford was moving snow Friday when the 15-ton vehicle tumbled down the banks of the Megunticook River. A crane was on the scene Saturday to retrieve the loader. Harford was thrown from the vehicle, but miraculously only suffered bumps and bruises.
