Business Rises From Ashes Of Arson Fire
Milo - The town of Milo is celebrating a rebirth, almost five years after the arson fire that wiped out a downtown block and nearly wiped out a number of businesses.
Town officials, business owners, neighbors, and representatives of Maine's Congressional delegation celebrated the grand opening yesterday of the Milo Heritage Building. They cut the ribbon at Elaine's Cafe, which is the first of two businesses that will move into the building. It was built with a $500,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
