Chef Grateful After Icy Rescue

Portland - More details have emerged about the man who fell into Portland Harbor at the height of the blizzard.
43-year-old Harding Lee Smith was tying up his sailboat at Dimillo's Marina around 2:30 a.m. Saturday when he slipped into the icy brine. Three security workers heard his cries and located him after about 15 minutes, at which point he could barely move. Smith arrived at the hospital severely hypothermic. The chef and restaurant owner said he's grateful to the marina workers and first responders who saved his life.
