Medical Pot User Sues Temp Agency

SKOWHEGAN -  A Pittsfield woman has filed suit saying she was fired from her job because she's a registered medical marijuana user.
Brittany Thomas was cut from the rolls of a temp agency after she failed a drug test.

Thomas says she would never smoke on the job, but manages her back pain with pot under the supervision of a doctor.

The ACLU of Maine filed the lawsuit Tuesday against the Adecco Group temp agency.
