Maine Inmates Get Two Years for Summer Escape
Bangor - Two inmates who escaped from the Charleston Correctional Facility last summer won't be getting out of jail as soon as they originally thought.
25 year old Philip Gardiner of Bangor and 20 year old Randall Moulton of Belfast pleaded guilty to escape charges and were then sentenced to two additional years each behind bars.

In July, the two escaped from the Charleston Correctional Facility, and were caught three days later in Glenburn. Before escaping, Moulton and Gardiner were serving time for a number of other charges, including burglary.

Moulton was supposed to be released this year... Gardiner, next year.
