Media

CHARLESTON - Career fairs are great ways to help college students and others learn about the opportunities available for them, but for one group of people these events can mean so much more.
For many inmates, the feeling of never having a normal life again can be overwhelming. Officials at the Mountain Youth Development Center hope they can help curve that feeling, by hosting a job and college fair showing doors can still open for those incarcerated.

But the fair isn't only about jobs.  For many of these inmates, it is the feeling that someone outside of their confined walls care about them.

So when the time comes to walk out of the facility, these gentleman will already have goals that no wall will stop them from achieving.
