Randolph Man Sentenced to Nine Months for Augusta Shooting
Augusta - A Randolph man involved in a shooting outside an Augusta bar will spend the next nine months behind bars.

23 year old Jacob Pouliot was part of a brawl, nearly two years ago now, that started inside a bar and spilled out onto the street leaving a 50 year old man seriously injured with a gun shot wound to the leg.

Pouliot was charged with reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon -- which he pleaded guilty to -- and a charge of elevated aggravated assault, which was dismissed in a plea deal.

Last week he was sentenced to five years with all but nine months suspended.
