PORTLAND - The man convicted of setting fire to a topless coffee shop is appealing his arson conviction.
The state's highest court will hear arguments this week in the case of Raymond Bellavance.
Bellavance is serving a 30-year sentence for the 2009 fire that destroyed the Grand View Topless Coffee Shop in Vassalboro.
The defense lawyer claims his client did not get a fair trial.
