Thousand Without Power After Massive Storm

BANGOR - The snow storm that has whipped through New England has left thousand of people in the dark.
More than 13,000 customers throughout the Pine Tree State went without power at some point today. Over 3,000 of those were in the Bangor area.

Increased winds have brought down power lines and tree limbs throughout the area.  It is important to remember to never touch any power lines, and to report them to the police or electric company immediately.

Crews have been working to restore power since early this morning.
