Bangor - The man accused of sexually assaulting a 7 year old boy and digitally recording those incidents, changed his plea to guilty in a Bangor courtroom this morning, and was sentenced.
27 year old Terrence Pinkham of Brewer recieved 30 years behind bars followed by 15 years of supervised release, for five counts of gross sexual assault and two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor...class A felonies. The abused child has been placed in the care of a foster parent, who spoke out today in court, saying that with Pinkham behind bars...there is hope for the now 9 year old to lead a normal life.
Pinkham's girlfriend, 27 year old Katie Dube of Glenburn was also sentenced for these crimes. She will serve 28 years behind bars, followed by 15 years of supervised release.
