Indictment For Woman Accused Of Hiring Hitman

DOVER-FOXCROFT - A woman accused of hiring a hitman to kill her husband has been indicted by a grand jury.

Forty-six-year-old Wendy Farley of Brownville faces one felony charge of criminal solicitation.

Prosecutors say Farley offered Michael Anderson of Milo between three- and ten-thousand dollars to shoot "Rusty" Farley, the father of her 13 children.

Anderson, whose nickname is "Mafia Mike," went to the police. Farley, who was arrested last September, remains incarcerated awaiting trial.
