Jury Selection On Hold In Strong Case

ALFRED -  Potential jurors in the Mark Strong trial are waiting to find out if they will go back to York Superior Court today to continue the selection process.
The state Supreme Court has not yet ruled on the prosecution's appeal of Judge Nancy Mills' decision to dismiss 46 of the 59 counts against Strong, though defense attorney Daniel Lilley said last night he expects a decision this morning.

Lilley thinks the trial will proceed on the 13 remaining counts, and that only three jurors remain to be seated before the trial will begin.

Potential jurors were told to call the court at 10 a.m. this morning to find out if they are to return today.
