Bangor - If you think it feels like sub-zero temperatures outside...you're correct. 
With the wind chill, several parts of Maine are experiencing negative degree days this week...meaning it may be safer to stay inside than risk going out in the cold.  Our Erin Thomas discusses health effects of the cold with the experts.
