BELFAST - The man accused of killing a Belfast woman last summer is expected to plead guilty.
Todd Gilday, 44, is scheduled to go on trial next month for the murder of Lynn Arsenault, also known as Lynn Day.
Last fall Gilday pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to several charges including intentional or knowing murder.
Police say it happened on August 28 at a Waldo Avenue home that belonged to Lynn's son, Matthew Day, who was injured, but survived the shooting.
Gilday is due back in court on Monday to finalize the plea.
If convicted, he faces life in prison.
