Sam's Club Donates Smoke Detectors

Bangor - Several area fire departments received smoke alarms today to help residents of their cities and towns be prepared in case of a fire.
Sam's Club donated a total of 144 devices to Orrington, Bangor, Brewer, Holden, Eddington, and Bucksport Fire Departments this morning...all of whom were  involved in the tragic Orrington blaze that killed a father and his three young children this fall.  The combination smoke and carbon monoxide detectors will be distributed in each town.

This was the second donation of alarms for Orrington Fire Department since the fatal fire.
