Operator of Jeep Involved in Trenton Crash Receives Summons

TRENTON - A Bangor man has been issued a summons after his jeep took out a telephone pole Wednesday morning in Trenton.

Christopher Proulx, 27, fled the scene of the accident, later to be found at the Trenton Market Place and taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.

Proulx is facing charges of leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, operating a motor vehicle after suspension, and violating conditions of release.

Officials say that speed was a factor in the crash.
