Fitness Friday: Kettlebells and TRX Suspension

BANGOR - At the start of the year we showed you the Bangor Y's brand new Group Kick class, and since then, they've added 2 more courses, that were rolled out just this week.

In this week's Fitness Friday the morning crew tackled kettlebell fundamentals and TRX suspension training.


Classes are held Tuesday and Friday nights, kettlebells from 6 - 6:30 and TRX from 6:30 - 7:15. For more info click here.
