MADISON - Two stolen vehicles were recovered by police over the weekend in the Madison area.
Police say the two cars were unlocked with the keys inside at the time of the thefts.
One car was reportedly found in a snow bank, the other was located on the side of a road.
Corporal Joe Mitchell says eight to ten other vehicles were burglarized Sunday morning, with a variety of items still missing.
Police are following leads in the case, but if you have any more information contact the Madison Police Department at 696-4149.
Mitchell is urging people to lock their vehicle doors and to not leave keys in the car.
