Three Teens Face Felony Pot Cookie Charges

Cape Elizabeth - Three Cape Elizabeth High School students have been busted for selling pot
cookies at school.  The three teens are charged with aggravated trafficking in
scheduled drugs, a felony.  In addition eight more students have been issued
summonses for possession of marijuana.  Police got hip to the alleged activity
three weeks ago when some students went to the school nurse saying they felt
sick.

Even though she’s up early to bring you the news starting at 6:30 am, Nicole is still a bit of a night owl, so you may even catch her out on the town.
