Bangor Man Indicted for Hancock Street Fire

BANGOR - The man accused of torching a Bangor garage in late September.

Detric Stanley, a 29 year-old from Bangor, faces arson charges after prosecutors say he set a garage on fire on Hancock Street in late September.

A Judge back in October set bail at $50,000 cash and ordered him not contact and avoid anyone in that neighborhood.

Stanley denies setting the blaze.

The Penobscot County District Attorney's office says they expect him in court for a dispositional hearing on February 6th.
