AUGUSTA - An Augusta man charged with murdering his girlfriend has waived his right to a bail hearing.
38 year-old Justin Pillsbury will remain behind bars without bail. He's charged in the stabbing death of 24 year-old Jillian Jones.
Back on November 13th, police found Jones' body at the apartment she shared with Pillsbury.
Prior to his arrest, he was taken to the hospital with self-inflicted stab wounds. Pillsbury's attorney says drugs and alcohol were involved.
