Husson University Building Honors Long-Time Supporting Family

BANGOR - A Husson University building has a new name, honoring a prominent Bangor-area family for their generous contributions to the school.

Edward and Mary Ellen Darling were recognized in helping Husson become a successful educational institute.

The first floor of the Living-Learning Center was given a new name in their honor.

Edward, an alumnus of Husson, credits much of his present-day success to his experience and education while at the school.

The center gives students a space for hands-on, practicum style learning in their fields of study.
