BANGOR - A Maine gubernatorial candidate officially kicked-off his campaign in Bangor this morning.
Cutler, no stranger to campaigning for the Blaine House, finished just shy of Governor Paul Lepage back in 2010.
The independent told ABC-7 and FOX 22 that he intends to win this time and he has a plan for Maine.
Cutler outlined his campaign platform, which includes his stance on same-sex marriage, abortion and universal firearm background checks.
Bangor's Mayor, Nelson Durgin, says he stands behind Cutler’s policies.
