Media

BANGOR- She's a singer well-known across our area , still celebrating the success of her traditional Christmas album.

The thing is, she's just in high school...and now a senior, Rosie Upton is poised to pursue a career in music.

Singing sensation, Rosie Upton, is still spending her week days walking the halls of John Bapst High School...but not for long.

The 17-year-old is graduating this spring.

With one album already under her belt, she's got her sights set on the future.

The high school senior released her first album, "Rosie Upton: Christmas Pure and Simple," last December.

With help of Grammy-award winning pianist, Paul Sullivan, Rosie says the CD has allowed her to explore multiple vocal styles.

No matter which college she ends up attending, Rosie says she is thankful for how far she has come and all who have helped her get here.

Rosie's CD can still be purchased in time for the holidays through Amazon, on iTunes, and at local stores.
