Radio Station Raises Money to Help Cancer Patients

BANGOR - An area home for cancer patients receiving treatment is receiving a generous donation today from a local radio station.

Lighthouse Radio Network hosted a fundraiser on the air today to raise money for Sarah's House. The program aimed to raise $10,000 to aid the organization but ended up surpassing their goal by much more.

The $13,070 raised will go directly toward Sarah's House. If you would like to help, you can still donate. Designated funds can be mailed to:
