Egg Festival Underway in Central Maine

PITTSFIELD - The 41st annual Egg Festival is underway in Pittsfield this week. Our Erin Thomas takes us there.

A celebration of eggs, through art work, was on display Tuesday morning in the Pittsfield public library, commemorating over four decades of a vital part of the community.

Along with the art show, the festival includes "Egglympics" on Wednesday, a variety of live music, and even a karnival for kids. A week of fun that serves to remind those of what's best.
