Psych Evaluation Sought For Accused Teen Killer

BANGOR -  The lawyer for the man accused of killing 15-year-old Nichole Cable says his client should be granted a psychological evaluation.

Attorney Stephen Smith says it will help determine if 20-year-old Kyle Dube is competent to stand trial.

Dube is accused of luring the teenage girl to the end of her driveway using a fake Facebook profile, asphyxiating her and dumping her body in the woods of Old Town.
