Students Show Off Technology at Annual Conference

ORONO - Students and educators from across the pine tree state gathered at the University of Maine today, to see how far today's technology has come.
 
Nearly 50 schools were represented at the 10th annual Maine Learning Technology Initiative Conference, today, where students showcased how they're using their state-supplied laptops.  Educators say the initiative is changing the way students learn.
 
More than 1,000 students brought their Apple MacBooks to the event, which included presenters and workshops.
