Downtown Bangor Neighbors Voice Concern for Revitalization

Media

BANGOR - Parts of downtown Bangor could soon be safer, as many concerned community members are looking to revitalize the area surrounding second street park. Our Erin Thomas reports.

Recent crime and reported suspicious activity in part of downtown Bangor has called attention to the need for a revitalization, a block of the Queen City between Main and Third streets and between Union and Buck streets.

For the past several months the city of Bangor has been working with Richert planning and an ad hoc neighborhood committee to create a plan that could aim to revitalize that area.
