Suspects Caught Red Handed in Downtown Graffiti Case

BANGOR - A downtown building's rooftop has been vandalized and the suspects were caught red handed, not far from the location.
On April 18th, Bangor police received two calls regarding people actively spray painting on the roof of a building.
Officers were able arrest four of the five suspects on Columbia Street in Bangor.
A 17 year-old from Orrington, who was detained, was searched and charged with marijuana possession.
The 17 year-old and a second juvenile had fresh paint on their hands when BPD detained them.
No charges are being filed by the building owner because the juveniles have agreed to clean-up their mess.
