University of Maine Graduate Students Display Work

ORONO - The latest works and projects created by some of Maine's highest academics were on display today at a new building on the University of Maine campus.

Graduate students from several departments showed off their research and collaborations for the annual Grad Expo...held this year at the Innovative Media, Research and Commercialization Center, a new building unveiled on the Orono campus.

Students using the new building presented their artwork to the public...one of whom uses pieces from foreclosed homes as a medium to represent that issue in Central Maine.

The expo will continue to be on display tomorrow from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
