Bangor Public Library Holds Lecture On Gun Control

BANGOR - Ever since the Sandy Hook shootings, we've seen a drastic increase in debate surrounding gun control.

Earlier tonight, Officer Jason McAmbley of the Bangor Police Deparment delivered a lecture: The law, Guns, and You at the Bangor Public Library.

With potential changes impacting ownership, ammunition, and concealed weapons, McAmbley says it's important to know about current state law, and what it means on the local level.

McAmbley also says any upcoming changes wouldn't go into effect until the end of 2013.
