Maine Receives Federal Disaster Relief

Augusta - Four Maine counties will receive federal disaster relief to address the $3.5 million in damage and snow removal costs from a February blizzard.
Androscoggin, Cumberland, Knox, and York counties have been approved for a Presidential Disaster Declaration to aid the costs from the storm on February 8th and 9th. FEMA will reimburse 75% of their costs... several other counties are assessing costs and could be added to the declaration.
