WATERVILLE -- Police in Waterville made a troubling discovery over the weekend, after an out-of-state woman told them she was carrying illegal drugs inside of her.

It was just after midnight when officers arrested Howard, and her accused co-conspirator William Waters, at a gas station on Kennedy Memorial Drive.

This, after police received a tip that the duo would be passing through the area.

Howard and Waters are now charged with aggravated trafficking.

The oxycodone is said to have a street value of $20,000.
