9-Year-Old Boy in Need of Wheelchair Van

PALMYRA - One local boy is facing many physical challenges...now his family is asking for the community's help in making his life, and theirs easier. Our Erin Thomas reports.
Sarah's 9-year-old son, Jay Jay, was born prematurely, at just 26 weeks...leading him to a life of brain damage, lung damage, and legal blindness. Caring for him is a day-to-day struggle for Sarah and her husband, Jason.
Now a new challenge has fallen in their lap, Jay Jay has outgrown his car seat. The cost of the wheelchair van they need is $6,000...so far donations have only totaled $10.
