Communities Meet To Discuss Budget Cuts

BREWER -  Community leaders from three counties will meet tonight to discuss with residents the effect of budget cuts proposed by Governor Paul LePage. 
The "Evening for Leadership" meeting begins at 7 p.m. tonight at the Hampden Academy Performing Arts Center. 
Lawmakers, community leaders, school officials and residents from Penobscot, Piscataquis and Hancock will gather to talk about the budget cuts and how to deal with them.
Geoff Herman of the Maine Municipal Association will be on hand to give an overview of how the cuts will impact the area.

Clay was hired by WVII/WFVX as a morning anchor for FOX BANGOR's 7AM News Hour and as reporter for the 6,10 & 11 o’clock news in July 2011.

He graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington where he received his B.A. in Journalism. Clay has worked at Fox National News in New York, WTIU in Indianapolis and the Big Ten Network.

In his free time, Clay is a firefighter for the Holden Fire/Rescue Department in Holden and is an avid hockey fan.
