Gas Prices Start to Slow Down
BANGOR - We've seen them go higher and higher over the past few months, but now gas prices are coming to a halt.
For 46 straight days, prices around the country have been on the rise before finally holding steady last week.
AAA reports the average price for a gallon of regular is at $3.83 in Maine, down just a penny from last week.
However, that's still higher than the national average of $3.75 a gallon.
