The prosecution rested it's case on this fifth day of testimony in the trial. The jury will decide whether Robert Hansley, 29, is guilty of murder and aggravated assault.
Those charges stem from a shooting in a Center Street apartment in Bangor. That shooting happened during the early morning hours of Black Friday 2015.
Robert Kennedy, 38, was killed and Barry Jenkins, 42, was badly injured when two men burst into the apartment, one of them firing a barrage of bullets into living room.
Today, jurors heard from a Maine state crime lab tech. She said there wasn't enough DNA to determine who handled the murder weapon.
Hansley's attorney has tried to blame Thomas Ferguson, 38. He was with Hansley the morning of the shooting.
Earlier this year a judge found Ferguson guilty of murder and aggravated assault.
The defense claims the shooting was sparked by a falling out among drug dealers.
