The two day event at the Cross Insurance Center brings together farmers, food processors, brewers, fiber artisans, chefs and many others to show off all they have to offer.
Owner of Northern Solstice Alpaca Farm, Robin Pratt, said "This allows us to have a much bigger reach. People come to this event from all over, both in and out of the state. It's 12 hours just packed with thousands of people. Probably some of the best food and vendors I think you can find in the state of Maine. It's fabulous."
Vendors will be selling their goods and be giving demonstrations.
The Maine Harvest Festival runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.
