BANGOR - General manager Paul Eaton and employees at Advance Auto Parts on Outer Hammond Street in Bangor wanted to do something for their community.

And they will this weekend, as Advanced Auto Parts celebrates "Super Saturday" nationwide.

Eaton said "We are renting the tables for the yard sale, all the proceeds for that's going to the homeless shelter. Everyone else is bringing their stuff and the money is theirs to make. We will have a couple of tables that will be by donation and the money from those are going to the homeless shelter."

They'll also hold a bottle drive for local boys scouts.

Activities start at 9 a.m. and runs until 3 p.m.
