Brian joined WVII & WFVX as Sports Director in February of 2009, before becoming the Executive Producer in January of 2013. He grew up in Eastern Maine, graduating from Bucksport High School, go Golden Bucks! Brian then moved on to the University of Maine where he graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism.

After spending so many years working in sports the decision to move into the world of news presented different challenges and more variety on a daily basis. Brian hasn't completely left the sports world behind, hosting Black Bear Insider a show highlighting the University of Maine's athletic programs, as well as providing color commentary for Maine Football TV broadcasts and hosting the Coach Cosgrove weekly radio show.

In his spare time Brian enjoys spending time with friends and family. Escaping to Cape Cod in the summer and taking in a good movie at the local theatre whenever there is something worth checking out.
