Passenger in Nevada traffic stop steals patrol cruiser, officer's gun for highway carjacking

Two state troopers searching a car during a traffic stop on Interstate 80 in northern Nevada somehow allowed a passenger to make off with one of their cruisers and use a patrol shotgun to carjack another vehicle before leading them on a chase that ended with the suspect's alleged suicide.
