They've been gathering donations to purchase lots of toys for less fortunate kids.
Roddy Keene said they had been talking at home about those who struggle to even put food on their table and why it's important for others to be selfless.
His son Trey had been thinking about that message and later told his dad he wanted to donate his Christmas toys to a child who would otherwise go without anything Christmas morning.
Keene stated "My 'Veterans for Veterans' group, we hang out, have breakfast and do good things. We spoke to our friends and they all said we're all going to donate. So this guy inspired the conversation."
The group has since gathered enough donations to purchase toys for several children and are in the process of gathering more.
Helping is as easy as donating what you can to a "Go Fund Me" page.
The veterans will then go shopping and make sure the toys get to families that need them.
