The Colbert Report funnyman Stephen Colbert will replace David Letterman as host of CBS' Late Show, and celebrities, including his fellow late-night hosts, are taking the announcement rather well.
Rumors were swirling earlier this week that Ellen DeGeneres was in talks to take over the Late Show once David Letterman retires, but this funny gal might not be ready to give up her day job.
CBS announced Thursday that Stephen Colbert will be the new host of CBS' Late Show, replacing David Letterman when he retires after 21 years.
"Simply being a guest on David Letterman's show has been a highlight of my career," Colbert said in a statement.
Rapper Big Sean, 26, and Glee star Naya Rivera, 27, have called it quits.
Sean's rep confirmed the sudden split to People Wednesday.
"After careful thought and much consideration, Sean has made the difficult decision to call the wedding off," the rep said.
